At Five LLC will accept returns within 10 days of receipt with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns may incur a 30% restocking fee. Once installed, items are considered accepted, so please inspect them carefully before installation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
