At Five LLC invites you to explore the art of sophisticated illumination through our carefully crafted Terms & Conditions. These guidelines embody our dedication to design and precision, ensuring a seamless experience as you engage with our offerings. By proceeding with your engagement, you acknowledge and accept these terms. As innovation is at our core, we may update these conditions periodically, and we encourage you to review them regularly to stay informed.

 

Shipping Policy
Our meticulously crafted products sometimes require a little patience—up to sixteen (16) weeks for certain items.

If there’s a wait, we’ll touch base to confirm delivery before proceeding. Your invoice details shipping and handling charges. Kindly note, we don’t deliver to P.O. boxes, and our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Refused shipments may incur a 30% restocking fee. All orders ship FOB from Yonkers, New York. While we choose the shipping method, we’re delighted to accommodate special requests if notified in writing.

Shipping Charges
For all Trade accounts, shipping costs are prepaid and billed with your order. For specific carriers, an additional fee of up to 20% may apply. Expedited shipping incurs extra charges. While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays such as weather or power outages may occur. Any international duties, taxes, or fees fall under the customer’s remit.

Freight Charges
A minimum freight charge of $40 is applicable. Fuel surcharges and third-party account handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment
At Five LLC requires a 50% deposit to place an order; the remaining 50% is due before collection. Currently, At Five does not extend credit terms. We accept corporate and personal checks, ACH transfers, direct deposits, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays. Product availability may change, and while we aim to reserve items, it depends on fund clearance. Returned checks and wire transfers incur a $20.00 fee.

Orders
Orders are finalized upon acceptance by At Five LLC. We reserve the right to limit quantities and may request additional information to verify an order. Occasionally, we might cancel orders at our discretion.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied where required. Please provide a Resale Certificate before shipment to avoid tax charges. Sales tax is calculated on the total invoice, including shipping & handling in applicable areas.

Price Changes & Errors
Prices may change, and if an error is identified on an order, At Five LLC will correct it and notify you. We’re not liable for errors in printed or digital price lists.

International Shipping
At Five LLC ships within the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all coordination, duties, taxes, and fees.

Warranty
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of At Five LLC products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Our products are warranted for one year against defects in material and workmanship, with specific items exposed to high heat or UV rays having a six-month limited warranty. Please note that light bulbs are not covered under this warranty. The warranty excludes damages resulting from storage, accidents, alterations, or improper installation, and does not cover labor costs associated with installation or removal.

Disclaimer
Handcrafted products may exhibit natural variations in color, texture, and finish. These characteristics enhance their uniqueness and are not considered defects. Heat and sunlight exposure can alter product appearance over time.

Merchandise Returns
At Five LLC will accept returns within 10 days of receipt with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns may incur a 30% restocking fee. Once installed, items are considered accepted, so please inspect them carefully before installation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Parts
For defective products, we reserve the right to inspect before issuing credit. We don’t cover labor costs for installation or removal of warranty items or any related damages that may occur.

Credits
Credits issued by At Five LLC are valid for 12 months. Unused credits will expire. Unauthorized credits will be reversed.

Alterations
We retain the right to modify product designs or specifications without prior notice.

Minimum Orders
There’s no minimum order requirement, so feel free to order as needed.

Finance Charges
Each order is a separate transaction, with payments due per the terms. If an order is delayed by the customer, payment is still required on time. Late accounts may incur finance charges.

Custom Orders & Modified Products
Custom and modified orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If cancellation occurs after materials or work have commenced, the customer may be liable for those costs.

Lead Times
Lead times are estimates, but delays can sometimes occur. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.?

Merchandise Inspection
Inspect items upon arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, refuse delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement after receiving the returned product.

Storage Fees
Orders must be collected within thirty (30) days of confirmation completion. Beyond thirty (30) days, monthly storage fees apply based on order size:

• $150.00: Single Box up to Five (5) Pallets
• $300.00: Six (6) to Ten (10) Pallets
• $500.00: Eleven (11) Pallets or more
*Storage fees must be settled before order release.

Order Termination
We may terminate an account if these terms aren’t adhered to or if false information is provided.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York State laws. These terms and conditions also supersede any terms of purchase that may accompany a purchase order.

Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Custom Projects
Some items may be customized, potentially taking sixteen (16) weeks or longer. For custom estimates, please contact At Five. All custom orders are final and non-cancelable.
