Fixtures ship with a standard 6-foot cord. If you need a longer length, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee. Email orders@at-five.com for details.
Yes, At Five can make certain modifications such as changing cord colors, customizing canopy sizes, or hanging multiple lights from one canopy. Additional fees may apply. Email orders@at-five.com for more information.
Yes, we offer customizations for select designs, including adjustments to existing products or entirely new designs. This service is only available with Zero. Email orders@at-five.com for more information.
Yes, rush orders are available for a 25% fee. This typically reduces the lead time by half. Rush orders must be approved based on our schedule. Email orders@at-five.com to inquire.
We stock a selection of our best sellers. All other products are made to order with a standard lead time of approximately 10–12 weeks.
We provide technical drawings for Zero and Grupa fixtures. Technical drawings are not available for Ay Illuminate products.
