Our standard lead time is approximately 10–12 weeks from the date your order is placed, with a 50% deposit required to begin production. Please note that these lead times are estimates, and while every effort is made to adhere to them, occasional delays may occur. At Five LLC will accept returns within 10 days of receipt with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns may incur a 30% restocking fee. Once installed, items are considered accepted, so please inspect them carefully before installation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
